Welcome to voliflow. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the voliflow mobile application ("App"), provided by Jontavo LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

To use the App, you must be at least 13 years of age. If you are a resident of the European Union, you must be at least 16 years of age. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

2. Privacy and Data Ownership

The App operates entirely on your local device. We do not require users to create an account, nor do we host, store, or have access to the data you create within the App.

• Data Ownership: You retain full ownership of all data, tasks, and content you input into the App.
• Data Storage: All data is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for securing your device and backing up your data. Jontavo LTD cannot recover lost data under any circumstances.

3. Acceptable Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Hack, modify, or tamper with the App's security features.
• Use the App in any malicious way or for any illegal activity.
• Distribute, license, or sell the App or its derivative works.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

voliflow is free to download and use with limited features. Full access to all features requires an active subscription.

• Subscriptions: We offer weekly and monthly subscription plans. A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged for the selected subscription plan.
• Payment Processing: All purchases and subscriptions are managed securely by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and our third-party subscription management service, RevenueCat. We do not collect or store your payment information.
• Cancellations and Refunds: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Refunds are strictly subject to the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

5. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services to function fully, specifically RevenueCat for managing subscriptions, as well as the underlying infrastructure of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We are not responsible for the availability, uptime, or privacy practices of these third-party services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. JONTAVO LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jontavo LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

If the App crashes or fails to meet your expectations, your sole and exclusive remedy, and our maximum liability, is limited to a refund of your active subscription fee for the current billing period, processed in accordance with the applicable app store's policies. Beyond this, Jontavo LTD assumes no liability.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Because the App does not utilize user accounts, we cannot notify you of changes via email. Any changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the App after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in England and Wales.
